Much of the Camden area is new housing. The main factors are the area in square metres, the type of surface, how heavily it is soiled (oil, mould, rust or construction residue), whether hot water or a chemical treatment is needed, water and power on site, access for the equipment, runoff capture and waste disposal, and whether the work has to happen after hours.
