Does Grana Works clean metal roofs and gutters in Western Sydney and Macarthur?
Yes. Grana Works cleans, repairs and maintains roofs and gutters across Greater Sydney, including Western Sydney and the Macarthur region. Painted, coated and pre-painted steel roofs are soft washed at low pressure because high pressure can damage the finish, and damaged metal sheets are replaced, including COLORBOND® steel and Zincalume® roofs. Every roof job starts with an inspection or photos and a written scope.
Does Grana Works pressure clean asbestos (fibro) roofs?
No. Asbestos cement (fibro) roofs are never pressure cleaned. High-pressure water spraying of asbestos-containing material is prohibited under the NSW WHS Regulation. If your roof may contain asbestos, tell us before any work starts so it can be assessed by a licensed asbestos assessor first.
Who does high-pressure cleaning in Macarthur, Campbelltown and Western Sydney?
Grana Works provides high-pressure cleaning across Greater Sydney, including Macarthur, Campbelltown and Western Sydney, from its Smeaton Grange base. Work includes concrete, hardstands, car parks, loading docks, building exteriors, plant and equipment, and driveways and paths. Does Grana Works offer labour hire in Campbelltown and Macarthur?
Yes. Grana Works arranges civil, construction and industrial labour across Greater Sydney and surrounding areas, including Campbelltown and the Macarthur region, for short-term and long-term requirements. What labour hire roles can Grana Works supply?
Roles include excavator operators, dozer and grader operators, traffic controllers, general construction labourers, concreters and formwork labourers, demolition labourers, pipe layers and drainage workers, and site supervisors and leading hands. What is non-destructive digging (NDD) and does Grana Works offer it in Sydney?
Yes. Non-destructive digging uses hydrovac (vacuum excavation) to expose underground services such as gas, water, electrical and telecoms before mechanical digging. Grana Works plans NDD work around Dial Before You Dig plans and photographs and records the service locations and depths it exposes. Urgent enquiries are taken during business hours via WhatsApp.
Marine support at Port Botany, Port Kembla and Newcastle
Does Grana Works provide ship repair support at Port Botany, Port Kembla and Newcastle?
Yes. Grana Works supports ship owners, managers and agents at Port Botany and Botany Bay, Port Kembla and Newcastle with marine welding and fabrication support, high-pressure and UHP water jetting, hull and tank cleaning support, and wharf, deck and vessel washdown. One point of contact plans the work around your berth and sailing window.
Does Grana Works do UHP water jetting on ships?
Grana Works organises UHP and high-pressure water jetting to clean decks, hatch covers, steelwork, deck machinery and equipment, where the job and the vessel’s rules allow it. Gaurav Rana personally holds a UHP water jetting ticket, which is a personal ticket and not company-held.
What marine work is not part of Grana Works’ standard scope?
In-water or diver hull cleaning, abrasive blasting, fuel, cargo or sewage tank cleaning, and welding to a classification society’s requirements are not part of the standard marine scope. If your job includes any of these, say so when you enquire and we will confirm what can be arranged and quote it separately.
Does Grana Works have a marine schedule of rates?
A marine schedule of rates is available on request. Each marine job is quoted after we review the vessel, port, scope and working window.

How does Grana Works price jobs?
Grana Works does not publish fixed prices or hourly rates. Every job is quoted in writing after we review the scope from photos, drawings or a site visit. Each service page lists what affects the price, such as area, access, height, materials, urgency and waste.
